My son left two clothing items and we called immediately to try to retrieve them, but could not get them back.

Staff appeared friendly on the surface, but when a problem arose, they did not do anything to accommodate our needs.

This hotel was not staffed with professionals from answering the telephones to front desk operations. The staff seemed to be going through the motions with regards to their jobs with little concern of customer service. I will not be using nor recommending this hotel for patronage. ...read more

I found the quality of the hotel to have exceeded the total paid.

Not enough channels to watch in English.

I can only offer 2 serious gripes about my stay here. The air conditioner needed servicing and gave out the next day fortunately the day I was checking out that day. Secondly the bathroom had no door and some spots on the walls showed signs of water damage inside the wall. Somewhat large, quiet room.

Value for the money.

The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was adequate and the facilities were slightly detracted from by things such as the presence of rat traps, etc.
